Whole Pheasant
Whole pheasant is easy to cook, delicious to eat – meaty, flavorful and moist – and also very healthy, with less total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol than chicken or turkey. How to cook pheasant? Whether baked, broiled or braised, pheasant should be cooked slowly, to prevent drying out, and it will definitely benefit from basting, or a coating of butter or olive oil for extra fat. The pheasant giblets are included in your order; these are perfectly edible and you can use them for stuffing, gravy or stock, or just discard.
